Abstract

First and foremost, I am grateful for the multiplied grace of the Lord upon my life and for being with me throughout my studies. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the following individuals who supported me throughout my studies: To my Supervisor, Prof. Krishana K Govender thank you for your thorough guidance, your prompt response, patience, and for giving me valuable feedback throughout my entire dissertation. It’s been a rocky ride, but we sailed through. To my little brothers, Siyabonga Dlamini, and Daniel Thwala thank you for being there, you kept me going, brought the laughter to break the stress, kept pushing me and helped throughout the entire dissertation.
