The data from the two communities was collected by means of a series of interviews and a focus group discussion with the tribal committee of Sweetwater. The results and findings of the challenges are presented in the study. The main conclusion of the study relates to whether South Africa has been able to provide tenure security to communities residing under the jurisdiction of traditional authorities.
