dc.description.abstractKuningi osekwenziwe uhulumeni waseNingizimu Afrika ukuqaphelisa abantu ngalesi sifo ingculazi. Imisakazo, amaphephandaba, amaphephabhuku kanye nomabonakude bahluba udlubu ekhasini beluleka ngezindlela zokugwema ukwesuleleka ngalolu bhubhane. Kubukeka sengathi imiphakathi ayikaxwayiseki ngokwanele ngoba abantu basafa okwezintuthwane yilesi sifo.
