Several strategies are being developed to improve customer satisfaction. These results suggest that practical contributions need to be made in the future. This study contributes valuable insights for consumers using e-commerce platforms and others engaged in online business transactions. It aims to bridge the gap in understanding consumer trust within e-commerce by proposing new strategies for the evolving technological landscape. The results of this study will have practical implications for businesses, consumers and policymakers involved in e-commerce, potentially promoting greater adoption of these platforms.enCC0 1.0 Universalhttp://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/E-commerce.Consumer behaviour.Consumer trust.Empirical trends of e-commerce.Evaluating strategies for consumer trust in e-commerce.Thesis
